A dear friend, loving wife, AKC judge, breeder, charitable organizor… the list could go on and on. Peggy Hauck left us much too soon. We will sadly miss the enthusiasm and cameraderie she displayed at so many of the Florida dog shows. The show was always a little better when Peggy was there.
Peggy Hauck was a well-known AKC judge of both the Toy and Non-Sporting groups. She judged both here in the States and overseas, and loved the travel it involved. Prior to her judging career, she was an avid Standard Poodle breeder/fancier. Her passion for the dogs and the dog shows was endless. Peggy will be remembered not only for her deep devotion to the sport of dogs but her compassion to help others through the events she organized such as the Breeders Showcase in Orlando, Florida and The Michael Suave Memorial Benefit. Both organizations helped enrich many lives in and out of the dog world. Peggy volunteered much of her time to dog-related activities and it will be truly difficult to fill the void left by her passing.
