The Canine Chronicle has confirmed that Inverness Kennel Club will not hold either of their shows scheduled for January. The shows help form the successful Florida Classic Cluster formerly held in Brooksville, Florida. The dates of the shows being cancelled are on Saturday, January 12, 2013 and Thursday, January 17, 2013.

Goals for your special’s campaign should be set by the team. I define the team as the owner, the handler, the breeder and, of course, your dog! While it may be very difficult, listen to those who can be more objective about your dog’s potential, and realize that with some hard work and dedication you may be able to build on the potential that already exists.
This year’s event may have given the Olympics a run for their money in that regard. Thanks to the incredible commitment of the Santa Barbara Kennel Club members an innovative, enthusiastic program was developed that extended far beyond the routine evaluation of purebred dogs.
