Inverness KC Cancels Their Dates For The Florida Classic Cluster

The Canine Chronicle has confirmed that Inverness Kennel Club will not hold either of their shows scheduled for January. The shows help form the successful Florida Classic Cluster formerly held in Brooksville, Florida. The dates of the shows being cancelled are on Saturday, January 12, 2013 and Thursday, January 17, 2013. The balance of the shows in the circuit will be held at the Greater Ocala Dog Show Grounds in Ocala, Florida.

This move leaves a gap in both weeks of this circuit. As of this writing, no one can confirm whether there will be a request from the existing clubs to fill those dates. We will have more updates as they become available.

There are rumors that Inverness KC will move their dates to May 18-19, 2013 and will be held in a different location in an air-conditioned building. We cannot confirm this information at this time, but have been promised an update in the future.
