Is this bound to be one of those days and times when people ask, “Where were you when the Earthquake rumbled through the Northeast?” An earthquake of 4.8 magnitude is not only rare, it is historical. There has never been an earthquake of this size felt in such a large area, rattling the earth, and shocking the people who experienced it.
