We at The Canine Chronicle hope that Charlotte Patterson is recovering after her recent illness while judging the Filer, Idaho shows. She was hospitalized while suffering from a flu-like illness. There appears to be a horrible stomach bug travelling coast to coast amongst the dog show community. As part of our ongoing efforts to keep the fancy “up” on significant dates, memorable occurrences and general happenings about the fancy, we will be sharing a weekly column with you. We would love to hear from fellow fanciers about significant dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other interesting anecdotes you think the fancy may want to hear about. Tell us about any exciting trips you are planning, milestones you have reached, etc. In addition, we would love to feature “where are they now” tidbits about past top dogs and their successes in the whelping box, performance sport activities, etc.
