The True Origin of Dogs

There is a saying that ‘All Dogs Go to Heaven’. That makes sense since all dogs actually come from heaven.
There is no other explanation when you really observe how much happiness dogs bring into the world.

God created the world and then he created man. When he thought that man needed company, he created a woman. Of course then all hell broke loose and God decided he needed a buffer to intervene between man and woman. God grabbed the Angel Fido and said, “Let there be a Dog!”

Next thing you know Fido, now in his canine form, was bringing a smile to both the man and woman. They became a beautiful little family.

From man and woman came a baby! Of course, the baby loved Fido and hugged him and squeezed him and kissed him. From dawn to dusk Fido would entertain the baby while also keeping an attentive eye on both the man and woman. At night, when they all went to sleep, Fido always kept one eye open making sure everyone was safe.

Years passed and man and woman kept making babies and those babies kept making babies and so forth. Before long you had an entire village of men, women and children. God had His work set out for Him turning Angels into dogs so every family could have a canine companion to love and watch after them. Along came Angel Rover, Angel Spot, Angel Marmaduke, Angel Lassie and far too many more to mention.

God knew these poor angels had their work cut out for them as dogs. It definitely is not an easy task to watch over mankind. Talk about creatures that had to multi-task, look at your average dog! They have to constantly wag their tail; they have to lick toes; they have to chase Frisbees; they have to chase mailmen; they have to bark every time the doorbell rings; not to mention they have to eat all the scraps off of the kitchen floor. It is not easy being a dog!
