#TriviaTuesday – Can You Guess This Dog Breed?

What breed of dog am I?

  • I am a breed in the Terrier group; a dog originally bred to go to ground after vermin and catch a fox.
  • I am among the smallest working terriers, standing no higher than 10 inches at the shoulder. My coat is hard, wiry, and straight. I share many traits with my close cousins – the Norwich Terrier. You can tell us apart by our ears – mine are neatly folded over.

  • I am active and compact, free-moving, with good substance and bone. My gait should be true, low and driving. In front, my legs extend forward from the shoulder. I possess good rear angulation showing great powers of propulsion.  My topline always remains level.

Correct Answer: Norfolk Terrier
