We love purebred dogs for their singularity—each breed designed for a different end—each both functional and beautiful. One open house on the Sunday before the Super Bowl brought several potential buyers. Early the next morning came an offer. How pleased we were that a lovely couple found our house to be as beautiful and unique as we did. Stately historic homes are definitely not for everyone, but it was perfect for them. Three days later the house was under contract
