In the dog game, the campaign of a top ranked animal can be a complete success (status); or, if the odds did not go favorably, the campaign could meet with little success (outcome).

Most days in the field with a dog are pretty ordinary. The dogs either find birds or critters or they don’t. You either harvest the birds/critters or you don’t. But now and then, the routine days afield elevate to something memorable. It can be some special dog work, a particularly great shot or just a total special experience.

Even Americans have been enthralled by the spectacle of Britain’s farewell to their beloved queen. The pageantry and ceremony kind of takes your breath away. Although every stage of this carefully choreographed occasion was incredibly dazzling, nothing compared to the sight of her beloved horses and Corgis lined up for their final goodbye to their owner.
