Westminster Kenne COVID-19 PROTOCOL update
June 2, 2021
To our Exhibitors:
We are days away from the start of the 145th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. We look forward to welcoming you to the Lyndhurst Estate, where we have worked diligently to plan and host another memorable Westminster event.
We kindly request your attention and assistance on the following important matters:
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
* Every effort will be made to process attendees through the Reel Health admittance health screening as efficiently as possible. Your cooperation and patience in this effort are appreciated.
* Facial masks will be freely distributed to all in attendance. Based on current CDC and New York State Covid compliance regulations, vaccinated attendees will not be required to wear masks, unless required by the Judge while exhibiting.
* Facial masks will be required for all non-vaccinated attendees.
* Best of Breed winners will receive two (2) tickets from the Superintendent to attend the evening Group judging for the day on which their breed exhibited. Vaccinated and non-vaccinatedattendees will require separate seating sections in the Arena.
* Exhibitors may leave and return to the show on the same day they are exhibiting as they have cleared the earlier Reel Health admittance health check and received a wristband. Temperatures will be rechecked upon re-entry.
General
* Exhibitors may begin staging at the South Broadway entrance at 5:30am. Earlier staging is not permitted and will be monitored by the Tarrytown police department.
* Arena seating is limited. Attendees without evening tickets may watch the Groups and Best In Show judging on the large monitors, located in the expansive breed tent. Refreshments will be available.
The members of The Westminster Kennel Club look forward to seeing you soon.
