#NextGeneration Spotlight – Brooke Adams
We want to see our readers #NextGeneration photos to be shared on The #CanineChronicle!
Thank you Kari Adams for sharing this very special photo of your late husband, Jack, and his daughter Brooke. Brooke is currently 17 years old and has been in the sport since she was 10 years old. Kari says, “We own Pointers, Cardigan Welsh Corgis, and Salukis. She has helped with all aspects of their care and helped raised multiple litters of Cardigans. This year we will have her first litter of Salukis. She has spent the past year training and presenting our Saluki in Breed and Junior Showmanship. She is currently the #1 Saluki Junior. In the photo above, Jack is in the wheelchair. The Saluki in the photo was his pride and joy. He passed away after this show so it was really special for Brooke to guide Kira, the Saluki, to these wins. Brooke didn’t lose her passion for the sport after losing her father and is presenting and loving his dogs in his memory.”
Do your children train the puppies? Do they love to groom the dogs and get them show ready? Do they help whelp litters? Do they help take candid photos? Do your kids just love spending time with the dogs? Please share photos of your Next Generation (2 legged and 4 legged) with us! We want to see them! Email Gia at Gia.Garofalo@caninechronicle.com with your photos!
