Amanda Ciaravino Hired As Executive Field Representative
New York, N.Y. – The American Kennel Club is pleased to announce that Amanda Ciaravino of Crete, IL has been hired as an Executive Field Representative.
Ciaravino’s career in the sport of dogs spans 35 years, starting as a Junior Handler. Since 2005, she has worked as an All-Breed Professional Handler, responsible for the day-to-day training, conditioning, and showing of AKC-registered dogs. She previously worked for Jack Onofrio Dog Shows as a Licensed Superintendent, where she handled the management of dog shows as well as relations with Judges, Exhibitors, Clubs and the AKC.
“Amanda brings a broad background as a breeder of Great Danes and English Setters, expertise as an All-Breed Professional Handler, and extensive hands-on experience in AKC events as a past licensed superintendent. All of which will be valuable assets as an Executive Field Representative,” said Sandy D’Andrea, Field Director, Conformation. “The American Kennel Club is proud to welcome her to the staff.”
Ciaravino will start on July 5th and will cover the Mid-Atlantic region, including Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and West Virginia.
