Canine Chronicle Virtual Dog Show – The Great Ones

In this Friday’s Virtual Dog Show, we are featuring three “great ones”, which also happen to be Best In Show winners at Westminster Kennel Club in the late 1980s. Pictured below are “Hatter”, “Prince”, and “Indy”, which most experienced dog fanciers know simply by their call names.

Today, we are asking our readers, which of these three great ones would you have most liked to breed, own, or handle? Sound off below!

1987 Westminster Kennel Club Best in Show - Ch. Covy-Tucker Hill's Manhattan

1988 Westminster Kennel Club Best in Show - Ch. Great Elms Prince Charming, II

1989 Westminster Kennel Club Best in Show - Ch. Royal Tudor's Wild As The Wind

  1. This is like trying to chose which piece of chocolate is best! All tree are obviously equally deserving, but for me , Hatter takes my breath away! Second choice would be Indy. I just enjoy the bigger dogs more, but in reality as I age, maybe I should choose Prince!

  2. Hatter

  3. Hatter was the greatest showdog I ever laid eyes on. He gave me goosebumps.
