Remembering Sally Vilas

We received the sad news that Sally Vilas of San Lorenzo, California passed away at her home on December 27th 2019. Mrs. Vilas was a respected AKC Judge of all Toy and Non-Sporting breeds.

Mrs. Vilas was a devoted fancier of the sport of purebred dogs. She had been intimately involved in the sport for well over 50 years with a background in Poodles and Shih Tzu. She also dedicated time as an active member of several clubs including the American Shih Tzu Club, Poodle Club of America, Poodle Club of Central California, Golden Gate Shih Tzu Fanciers, and Nor-Cal Toy Dog Fanciers. She was a friend and mentor to many.

The Canine Chronicle extends our condolences to Sally’s family and friends following her passing. She will be missed.
