Remembering John Connolly
We received the sad news that John Connolly of Spokane, Washington has passed away. Mr. Connolly was a past popular AKC Judge of many breeds including the Working, Non-Sporting, and Herding Groups.
Before becoming an AKC Judge in 1975, he was a top professional handler of Boxers based out of Michigan. He was a guide and mentor to many aspiring breeders, exhibitors and judges. Mr. Connolly dedicated much time to the American Boxer Club, serving as President for many terms. He judged the ABC National Specialty on several occasions. He was also in the American Boxer Club Hall of Fame for his service and commitment to the club and breed.
There will be a service in his memory at the Secret Heart Church in Spokane, Washington at 11:00 AM with a reception to follow.
The Canine Chronicle extends our sincere condolences to his many friends and family. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
