Remembering Gretchen Schultz

We received the sad news that Gretchen Schultz of Bethel Island, California passed away on Sunday, October 13th, 2019 following a long and brave battle with cancer.

Gretchen was an AKC Judge of thirteen Sporting breeds and Junior Showmanship. As a second generation dog fancier, Gretchen was deeply entrenched in the sport of purebred dogs as a successful breeder, exhibitor, professional handler and judge. She was a devoted friend and steadfast mentor to many.

There is no plans for a service at this time.

The Canine Chronicle extends our deepest sympathy to Gretchen’s husband Phil Lawrence, son Josh Schultz, and her many family and friends during this time. She will be sorely missed.
