Remembering Connie Gerstner Miller

We are sad to report the passing of renowned Golden Retriever breeder and AKC Judge, Connie Gerstner Miller of Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Connie Gerstner Miller bred Golden Retrievers under the Malagold Kennel prefix starting in 1964. In the early 1970s, Connie was a licensed AKC All-Breed Professional handler. Connie enjoyed great success as a professional handler and as a breeder. She was also a respected judge of the Sporting Group and Best in Show.

The sport of purebred dogs has lost a dedicated and devoted friend. The Canine Chronicle extends our sincere condolences to her many friends and family.
