Remembering Kathy Beliew

It is with great regret that we report the passing of Mrs. Kathy Beliew of Redlands, California.  She passed away shortly after a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

Kathy was a respected judge of Best in Show and all Hound and Non-Sporting breeds. She was an admired longtime breeder of Chow Chows under the Imagine prefix. She was also the breeder, owner, handler of many Chow Best in Show winners. She and her husband, George, were the 2006 American Kennel Club Non-Sporting Breeder of the Year recipients.

The Canine Chronicle extends sincere condolences to Mrs. Beliew’s friends and family during this difficult time. She will be sorely missed.
