“Congratulations to our new National Champions and class winners,” said Carrie DeYoung, AKC Director of Agility. “This event drew the top agility competitors in the country and we’re proud to celebrate the accomplishments of these talented dogs and dedicated handlers.”
AKC NATIONAL AGILITY CHAMPIONSHIP
Agility, AKC’s fastest-growing canine sport that hit over 1.23 million entries in 2014, provides fun and exercise and strengthens the bond between dog and handler. Dogs demonstrate their agile nature and versatility by following cues from the handler through a timed obstacle course of jumps, tunnels, weave poles and other objects.
