Remembering Carol Rice

It is with great sadness we share the loss of handler Carol Rice.

Married in 1990, Wally and Carol handled mostly Toy and Non Sporting breeds. Together they bred Shih Tzu and Border Collies as well as being member of PHA while actively showing dogs.

Carol’s friends remember her as wonderful friend with always a smile on her face. The Canine Chronicle extends our deepest condolences to Carol’s husband Wally Rice, family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
