Remembering Joe Payne
We received the sad news that Joe Payne of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully at his home after an extended illness. Joe was a lifetime and founding member of the Cocker Spaniel Club of South Texas.
Joe’s family and friends remember him as a hard worker with a true love and passion for all animals. Joe started his own business, Pal’s Pet and Grooming Shop. While running the Pet shop in Houston, he spent at least 40 years as an owner-handler for several breeds, but mainly American Cocker Spaniels.
The Canine Chronicle extends our deepest condolences to Joe’s family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
