Remembering Monica Canestrini

The Canine Chronicle is saddened to report the recent passing of Monica Canestrini of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

We received the sad news that Monica Canestrini passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 following a lengthy illness. Monica was a respected Dachshund breeder, as well as a popular and revered judge of the Hound, Non-Sporting, and Herding Groups, as well as Best in Show and a variety of other breeds.

The Canine Chronicle extends our sincere condolences to her husband, Frank, and her many friends and family during this difficult time. She will be missed.
