Remembering James (Jim) Martin

The Canine Chronicle is saddened to report the tragic passing of Jim Martin of East Butler, Pennsylvania on the morning of December 31st 2016.

Jim Martin was a respected and knowledgeable AKC judge of the Sporting Group and Best in Show. He will be remembered for his kind demeanor and great sense of humor.

According to local news reports, Jim was the victim of a shooting during a home invasion. More information regarding the fatal shooting can be found here.

The Canine Chronicle extends our sincere condolences to Jim’s family and friends during this very difficult time. He will be sorely missed.
