Happy New Year From The Canine Chronicle! What Is Your New Year’s Resolution?

The Canine Chronicle wishes everyone a happy and healthy New Year with all the “best” that 2016 has to offer!

Have you made your New Year’s Resolution yet? Here are a few ideas that are appropriate for dog show exhibitors. What is your New Year’s Resolution?

  1. Introduce yourself to a newcomer to the sport at each dog show
  2. Be friendly and courteous to all other exhibitors, judges and stewards
  3. Thank hard working show committee members for their efforts and hard work
  4. Enjoy more time with your dog
  5. Try a new activity with your dog, such as rally, therapy work, or just simply more cuddle time
  6. Learn something new at each dog show
  7. Always display professionalism and good sportsmanship
  8. Try to visit a new show location and enjoy the local sights
  9. Set a unique new goal for your dog
  10. Be clean and respectful at all dog show venues and hotels
  11. Exercise with your dog
  12. Volunteer for a new position with your local dog club
  13. Have fun at each dog show
  14. And finally…try to be the person that your dog thinks you are!
