We received the sad news that Ron H. Menaker has passed. Mr. Menaker has been actively involved in the sport of purebred dogs for over 52 years. He has bred and exhibited Giant Schnauzers, Bedlington Terriers, and Norfolk Terriers, owned Border Terriers, and was deeply involved in many breed and all-breed clubs, dedicating his time in various capacities.

The entries for Crufts 2022 have now been announced. In total, more than 16,000 dogs will be competing across the four days at Crufts.
This year has seen an increase of 40 per cent or more in the entries for the Irish Water Spaniel, Sloughi, Lowchen (Little Lion Dog) and Canadian Eskimo Dog compared with 2020.
The 100th Adopt a K-9 Cop grant was given to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office in Sylva, NC sponsored by The United States Police Canine Association (USPCA) with AKC Reunite matching the funds raised three-to-one. The USPCA has been a top participating sponsor in the program.
