Remembering Donald Booxbaum
It is with great regret that we report the passing of Mr. Donald Booxbaum of Jensen Beach, Florida on June 29, 2015. Mr. Booxbaum was a retired judge of all Sporting, Working, Herding, breeds, as well as Best in Show. He was a very popular and respected judge as he judged all over the country at major venues and various National Specialties.
He began his longtime involvement in the sport as an accomplished breeder of Great Danes. In addition to breeding many champions, he bred several top-winning and top-producing Great Danes.
Mr. Booxbaum volunteered much time to many dog clubs. He was the past president of the Palm Beach County Dog Fanciers, Great Dane Club of America and Boxer Club of Long Island. He was also a past member and AKC Delegate of the Tri-Cities Kennel Club.
A funeral service for Mr. Booxbaum will be held on Thursday, July 2nd. The viewing will be from 2 – 3 PM and the funeral service from 3-4 PM. The address is:

Mr. Booxbaum’s burial will be on Friday, July 3rd at 9:45 AM at the South Florida VA Cemetery.
