Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
Each exhibitor has been provided with an Unloading/Loading Hangtag for either Pier 92 or Pier 94 dependent upon where their breed is benched. All Professional Handlers qualifying for Multi-Breed benching BOTH days will be benched in Pier 94. Some Professional Handlers who qualify for only ONE of the days may be benched in Pier 92, depending upon the breeds to be shown. They will also have a Hangtag indicating in which Pier they should unload. Each exhibitor is required to RECORD their Name, Breed (s) and Cell Phone # on their Hangtag and to PLACE their pass in the left windshield of their vehicle or hang it from their rearview mirror.
To facilitate the process for those Exhibitors unloading at Piers 92 & 94, these exhibitors will first be staged on 57th Street (Westbound) between 11th & 12th Avenues commencing at 9am on Sunday and 5am on Monday and Tuesday by Stella Show Management personnel who will be wearing bright yellow safety vests. Stella staff will be managing the staging process with?the approval of and under the guidance of the NYC Police Department. All exhibitors will be responsible to have their Unloading/Loading Hangtag clearly placed in their left windshield or rearview mirror and to have their vehicle flashers on.
Stella’s focus is to get exhibitors swiftly and safely into the Piers for unloading without interfering with local traffic. At the Piers, beginning at 6 am, exhibitors will be directed to respective Unloading areas and assisted by Harry Miller’s “Site Control” personnel. Exhibitors will be required to have their vehicle flashers on while unloading at the Piers and are responsible for unloading their vehicles as quickly as possible. All vehicles must be moved immediately once unloaded. Crate Handlers will assist those needing help to their benching area once they are unloaded.
LOADING
Exhibitors will be released from the Piers at 6 pm. An identical process will be used for Loading vehicles as was used for Unloading vehicles in the morning. Vehicles will first be staged on 57th Street (Westbound) between 11th & 12th Avenues commencing at 5 pm. Commencing at 6 pm, crate handlers will assist those needing help to the Loading area, vehicles will be dispatched by Stella personnel from the Staging area to the Piers for Loading which will continue to be managed by Site Control personnel. Exhibitors will be required to have their vehicle flashers on and their Unloading/Loading Hangtag in their left windshield or their rearview mirror. Exhibitors are responsible to load their vehicles quickly and move their vehicle immediately once loaded.
