Remembering Mrs. Ann Hearn

We received the sad news that Mrs. Ann Hearn of Buford, Georgia passed away this week.

Mrs. Hearn was a highly popular and respected AKC Judge of all Sporting, Terrier, Toy, and Non-Sporting breeds as well as Best in Show. Before embarking on her successful judging career over 25 years ago, she had a background as an owner-handler of Fox Terriers and Bichon Frise. She also owned Miniature Pinschers.

As a judge, Mrs. Hearn judged all over the world at many prestigious venues. She was known for her kindness and wonderful sense of humor. She was friendly and welcoming to all exhibitors.

The Canine Chronicle extends heartfelt condolences to Ann’s many friends and family during this time. She will be sorely missed.
