New Private Security Company Information for Westminster

In previous years many owners, exhibitors and handlers have employed private security guards to be with their dogs in order to allow them the flexibility needed at such an important event as the Westminster Kennel Club. With the large crowds that are part of a benched show it is very wise to always have someone in attendance looking out for the best interest of the dogs. This service will still be available for hire at the Piers 92/94.

Today the Westminster Kennel Club has announced a new private security company that will be available for hire. With the new venue for the breed judging occurring at the Piers 92/94, the Westminster Kennel Club has contracted with a new private security company, the Citadel Security Agency. They are available for hire on an hourly basis beginning on Friday, February 8 through Wednesday, February 13. For the owners and agents of Best of Breed winners wishing to hire private security, while they are benched at Madison Square Garden for the Group judging, this will be available through the superintendents, MB-F. You will need to go to the MB-F superintendent’s office at Madison Square Garden to hire private security for that venue. This private security guard service is through Madison Square Garden’s own in house service.
