Petco to Unveil 3 New Stores in June
In keeping with its fast-paced 2016 growth plan Petco, a leading specialty retailer of premium pet food, supplies and services, will open two new Petco stores in Virginia and re-open one newly remodeled and expanded Cincinnati store in June.
Each new and remodeled store will offer pet parents and their pets’ dog training areas, adoption centers and grooming salons. The stores will continue to offer a wide selection of private label offerings as well as branded products sold only at Petco, including the Dr. Seuss and Star Wars Pet Fan Collections.
This month, two new stores will celebrate grand openings in Virginia:
- Richmond-Stonehenge located at 12619 Stone Village Way, Midlothian, VA 23113
- Grand Opening Weekend: June 3 – 5
- Wellness Weekend: June 11 & 12
- Parham Plaza located at 1520 N. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23229
- Grand Opening Weekend: June 24 – 26
- Wellness Weekend: July 8 & 9
One Cincinnati store will be expanded and celebrate its grand re-opening June 10 – 12:
- Cincinnati-Winton located at 8525 Winton Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45231
- Grand Opening Weekend: June 10 – 12
The retail locations now offer a one-stop shopping experience where pet parents and their companions can purchase anything from pet food to toys and apparel, while also addressing the holistic health needs of pets via the grooming salon and in-store Vetco clinics. In addition, newly added in-store habitats for adoptable pets will enhance Petco’s monthly in-store adoption events for pet parents looking to give a furry friend a forever home.
People and pets are invited to attend the grand opening festivities taking place at each store, followed by a special Wellness Center celebration the following weekend. Grand opening activities include ribbon cutting ceremonies, as well as in-store adoption events and special offers for Pals Rewards customers.
