October 1st is National Black Dog Day!

While we celebrate all dogs, of all breeds, and all colors, October 1st is National Black Dog Day! Today is the day to celebrate your favorite black companion.

The first National Black Dog Day was celebrated in October 2011 and was initiated by Colleen Paige, a pet/lifestyle expert.
