Kennel Club of Beverly Hills Cancels Its 2021 Dog Shows

The Kennel Club of Beverly Hills has canceled its annual all breed dog shows scheduled for March 6-7, 2021, the club announced today.

“In consideration of the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic, our club has decided to cancel our 2021 show,” said KCBH President Ted Crawford. “The current status of the pandemic, and existing restrictions and guidelines from the state of California have made this the responsible and practical thing to do.”

The club had recently announced that the Malibu Kennel Club had planned to join the dog show weekend at the Fairplex in Pomona with two additional shows on March 3-4, with specialties on March 5, and those shows have been canceled as well.

“The members of both clubs plan to re-focus our attention on the 2022 shows in hopes that by then we can once again present our dog shows in the way that we have done for more than 50 years in Southern California,” Crawford said.
