Elgin Kennel Club Presents Local Police Department with New K-9 Vest

At The Elgin Kennel Club dog show on Sunday, August 28th, the Elgin Kennel Club made a special presentation to the Carpentersville, Illinois Police Department K-9 Unit with donation of a new K-9 Vest. Kudos to the Elgin Kennel Club for this noteworthy donation to the community!
