Please note that points toward the Breed System are NOT awarded for Class wins, Winners, BOW or BOS or Select wins, only BOB. Also, All Breed points are not awarded for RBIS.

The all breed stats are based on dogs defeated by winning Best of Breed, group placements, and Best in Shows. Points are not awarded for class wins, BOS, Select or Reserve Best in Shows.

Here is an example:

1. GCh. Schoolmaster’s Spectacles 1250

This fictitious dog, Ch. Schoolmaster’s Spectacles, is an example of a dog that is number 1 in All-Breed points. The number 1250, shows the total number of dogs he defeated in All-Breed competition. All-Breed competition includes Best of Breed, Group and Best in Show wins. Points are deducted for those breeds placing ahead of your dog in the group as well as all absentees for those breeds. You must deduct absentees, disqualifications and you do not count your own dog.

The breed stats are based on dogs defeated by winning Best Of Breed. The dog only receives points by winning Best of Breed.

Here is an example:

1. GCh. Schoolmaster’s Spectacles 258

This fictitious dog, Ch. Schoolmaster’s Spectacles, is an example of a dog that is number 1 in Breed points. The number 258 shows the total number of dogs he defeated in his own breed by winning Best Of Breed.

Only dogs that are defeated in competition by winning Best of Breed are to be counted. You must deduct absentees, disqualifications and you do not count your own dog.
