2:30 – 9:30 p.m. Shuttle Bus Service from the Gold Star Hotels (Hotel Pennsylvania, Affinia and the Wyndham New Yorker) to the

Piers and back

3:00 p.m. Unloading BEGINS at the Piers

9:00 p.m. Unloading ENDS at the Piers for the evening

9:00 p.m. Last bus leaves Piers for the Gold Star Hotels

12:00 a.m. Piers close for the night

Monday, February 15, 2016 and Tuesday February, 16, 2016 – The Westminster Kennel Club 140th Annual All Breed Dog Show @ Piers 92/94 and MSG

5:00 a.m. Staging of vehicles on the Piers Access Service Road (left at end of 59th Street from 11th Avenue under West Side Highway) for exhibitors desiring to unload at The Piers begins. Hang respective Piers location tag on rearview mirror.

5:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Bus service commences from the Gold Star Hotels for exhibitors/dogs and spectators – dogs have priority.

5:30 a.m. Parking lot on Pier 92 opens

6:00 a.m. Piers open for Exhibitors

11:00 a.m. Last hotel bus for Exhibitors with dogs  - Spectator buses commence from Gold Star Hotels approximately every 1/2 hour

1:30 p.m. Last spectator hotel bus departs

3:00 p.m. BOB winners are permitted to leave the Piers for MSG – Bus service for BOB winners commences from the Piersto MSG only

5:00 p.m. BOB benching begins at MSG – Benching Release time for Exhibitors at The Piers

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. MSG Expo center open for spectators

8:00 p.m. (Monday Only) Staging of vehicles to the Piers Access Service Road (left at end of 59th Street from 11th Avenue – under West Side Highway) for Tuesday Exhibitors desiring to unload at The Piers begins. Hang respective Piers location tag on rearview mirror

9:00 p.m. Tuesday exhibitors admitted into the Piers

Late Buses:

8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. From MSG to the Piers and return to the Gold Star Hotels

9:00 p.m. First benching release time for Exhibitors from MSG upon Group completion – Bus service commences from MSG to the Piers

11:00 p.m. (Tuesday) – Best in Show judging

11:30 p.m. Last bus to the Piers – All remaining dogs at MSG must be removed from benching area, all remaining dogs at The Piers must be removed from the benching areas to holding areas as directed by Show Superintendent

12:30 a.m. Last bust leaves from the Piers to Gold Star Hotels

1:00 a.m. Piers close for the night

Wednesday, February 17, 2016 Final Move Out

6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m Piers cleared out
