Papillon Club of America Judge Change

Mr. Randy Garren, of Apex, North Carolina, is graciously replacing the original slated Papillon Club of America National Specialty judge, Mrs. Michele Billings. Mrs. Billings had to cancel this assignment due to unforeseen health issues. We wish her a very speedy recovery.
