Salina Kennel Club Dog Show Delayed

The Salina Kennel Club Dog Show in Valley Center, Kansas is delayed two and a half hours due to no power at the show grounds. Last night, there were 80 mph winds and a hail storm.

Even with a delayed show and no power, it does not stop Perry Payson from handing out The Canine Chronicle magazines to exhibitors. Thanks Perry!
