Update: Euro Dog Show 2020 – Feel Slovenia

Dear Exhibitors,

In recent weeks and months, it seems to us as though Slovenia, Europe and the World came to a halt. Despite that here members of EDS committee we are not sitting with our arms crossed. We are looking for possible ways and solutions on how to get out of this crisis, together with you, with as few consequences as possible, and how to draw positive conclusions for the future from it.

We join the calls by state institutions that care for the health, safety, protection and well- being of the individual and communities. We abide by the advice given by health care professionals, civil protection representatives and all others who save lives while endangering their own.

The restricting of personal contacts, staying at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people, stay out of crowded places and avoid mass gatherings is a major restraint for us as organizers. Namely, there is nothing that would bring us more pleasure than numerous, excellent exhibitors, good judges and a target crowd of visitors to a successful European dog show.

Accordingly, we have adjusted the deadline for participant registration from 1st of May, to 15th of June 2020. Due to the current unknow status of the big events in Slovenia and Europe, the show is on hold till 30th of June 2020. After 30th of June 2020 we will put out the official announcement about EDS 2020.

Also, we kindly ask for your understanding in light of these circumstances. We will strive to respond to all your inquiries as soon as possible.
