2016 American Pointer Club Health Survey
The American Pointer Club is conducting a health survey. The information is to follow:
Dear Pointer Owner:
The American Pointer Club Health & Research Committee is pleased to present the 2016 APC Health Survey, and the FIRST EVER online Health Survey to make it as easy and convenient as possible for your participation. Please join us in updating the health status of our beautiful breed, learning what your concerns are, and what we should focus on going forward.
We’re providing you a direct link to the online survey, which has been tested to be compatible with most electronic means of answering (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, desktops, etc.). Please be aware that some questions are fill-in-the-blank text boxes, and some android phones will provide limited space to see your typing. A larger screen may be preferable. It is SECURE, CONFIDENTIAL, and should take only about 20 minutes to respond, or a bit longer depending on amount of detail you choose to add in the text boxes.
ALL owners of purebred Pointers are invited to participate. Breeders are encouraged to invite your puppy owners to also respond to the survey.
The deadline for participation is Wednesday, November 23, so please respond by then.
